Without a doubt tetris DS. I regularly clock 7 hours a day (I play it while watching stuff, waiting for installs, waiting for downloads, in the car, on the train......) and longer is far from unheard of.

Picross, rune factory 1 and Sid Meier's Civilization Revolution a distant second.

For DS: Pokemon Diamond, nearly 800 hours...
The longest one of all time would be Pokemon Emerald, damn, almost 2000 hours.
Thou, if I count every Pokemon game I ever played, it's WELL over 5000 hours, counting only portable games and no spin-offs.

Anyway, The World Ends With You, about 100 hours and Rune Factory 1, about 125 hours. Now playing Rune Factory 2, at 25 hours.
Most played game in my life is Pokémon Blue.. like 460 hours..

I would say probably Pokemon Diamond. I have like a 30 hour save and corrupted my card with a crappy rom trimmer. So I used cheats and got back to where I was and then played legit after that. I ended up playing the second time like 80-90 hours probably.

Mario Kart DS, it was the only DS I had for a loooong time. i have sold other games here and there, but one I have held on to is MKDS. I love that game.
And yes, animal crossing. My freshman year in college I didn't do anything except play that game and go to class. Then I needed cash and sold the game off.
