Which console design is better of SNES - EUR/JPN or USA?

Europe design. But, I'd prefer to buy the US games, because they're in English and run at 60fps.

What makes you think Euro games aren't in English?


Best of both worlds...

Japanese system runs at NTSC60 - modify the cart slot and it will play your NA carts too.

Would be cool to get a Japanese SNES and a flash cart. But sadly, at that price, I might as well just emulate it on many many other devices. I do like the look of the Euro/Jap Snes, but the price just hurts.

Also, random sort of off topic. But today I just learned that Europe never got Super Mario RPG release on the Snes. I never knew that until today! They didn't get to play the game until virtual console. Dunno wtf was up with Nintendo and Square.

Both models are cool, but as a brazilian who had the american version, I'd kill a dog for a super famicom with it's curvy design.
