Hacking Where to use Nand dump in 3ds.guide hardmod boot9strap install?

I was going over the guide but the instructions do not include how to use the nand dump although it was required by the guide in the hardmod section.

are you referring to https://3ds.guide/installing-boot9strap-(hardmod) ? put the dump as NAND.bin in the folder.

noticed it wasn't there either. well that's what you're supposed to do anyway
