I have over 400 Pokémon cards and over 300 Yu-Gi-Oh! cards I've accumulated over the years that sit in a binder with in card protecter sleeves. Is there any place to resell these besides Amazon/eBay?

I've been wondering this for a while, too. You can try Ebay, but may want to try places like Edward McKays (if you have one). Ebay os your best bet.

Best way to get your values worth? Ebay. Easily. As long as they're mint/near mint, otherwise they're somewhat useless.
There aren't any good card trading sites/forums that I know of, just sites that sell cards and rip you off if you wanna sell to 'em.

Make a YouTube video where you show off the cards, individually, that you intend to sell. These videos are becoming more and more popular and I like that because you can see the items from multiple angles and hear if the seller is sincere, or not. Good luck! :D
