Your best bet really is Gamefaqs or some other site like that; I've never seen a site that has a good selection of GBA saves in any format that can be used directly by flashcarts. It's not too hard to convert most types of saves.

EDIT: You can convert .sps saves by importing them into VBA and then exporting them as battery files. Converting from .gsv is a bit more complicated, especially if the game uses EEPROM to store the save, but I figured out how to do it and posted my findings in this thread: http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=53867

If you need help with a different format, just ask and I'll see what I can do.

Try using Shuny's online save converter

*Sniff*
My old baby had the largest archive of GBA save files on the web for a long time man. We also had tons of flashcart themes and pogoshell skins, all user submitted.
First we had GBASaves.com and then that became GBAsaves.net later on as the site got bigger. After it got popular someone else snagged the domain (DOH!) so we had to move from .com to .net
Unfortunatley we got owned by one of the many 'Brazillian' hax that were going around at those times and lost everything so the project was sent to http heaven

I remember being so gutted the morning I found out it was a horrible feeling! All the work from me and Costello and all the users who submitted their stuff, gone in seconds forever.
The nostalgia is making me well up *sniffs some more*
We tried the same thing with PSPSaves.info only hosting tools and apps as well as save states and themes. The site did really well for about the first year or so, but as the PSP got more popolar we just couldn't keep up with all the news and apps that were coming out. Our small team failed

The current best place imo is either gamefags or http://www.zophar.net/savestates.html
A lot of the Zophar ones appeared on my site as many of the users also frequented our site. I'd say about 80% of them are from ReyVGM from here and the VGMuseum lol! Zophar ftw!
