Hacking Where to find dsvideo.exe

Hi, I would like to try out DS-Video but I can't find the encoder file dsvideo.exe . Because their website no longer works can somebody send me the file or point me in the right direction?

Hmm that seems to be a link to the player for DS but not the encoder. I as well am looking for the encoder. Does anyone have a direct link?
