Hacking WHERE TO BUY SCL RUMBLE by COD

I need to buy a Supercard Lite Rumble + Superkey but i need to buy it from a store that offers payment by COD (CASH ON DELIVERY) offered only to Canada (i think). The only site i know is Kicktrading.ca but its sold out if them right now and doesn't know when they're getting them back. www.divineo.com also offers payment by COD but doesn't have the Supercard Lite RUMBLE. only regular SCL. Someone that knows a store that offers COD and carries the SCL Rumble please contribute. :'(

If you cant for some reason get your hands on a visa or credit card-like thing, buy a prepaid Visa card, and use it to pay. I know they're available at Wall-Mart, and probally Liquor stores and such
