PS1/2 Where to buy NTSC ps3 from the US?

So yeah as the title says, Im looking at buying a ps3 but new ps3's from OZ are $700. Which is way too much. Im looking for an online shop based in America that sells PS3's at a the US price and that also ships out to Australia. Anyone know of any?

I've been to amazon.com and theres one, but the guy doesn't have any rep. Should I be wary?
Will paypal refund my money if I get scammed?

If it's through Paypal you're protected. I suggest you look over their policy though.

Iv'e been to play-asia and they seem to have them, they are Jap models though and obviously shipped from somewhere in asia. Is the Jap region for Blu Ray the same as the US region?

As far as I remember, BD region 1 covers North America and Japan (and some other countries).
