Well my GF kinda got a big "slash" on her upper screen, is it possible to take it off and put a new one?
If it is where can i get one?

yes its possible,

try looking at ebay for some as is DS
shouldnt be more than 10 american, sorry for bad punctuation or spelling im not in a confortable typing position.
