Hello guys, does anyone know where I can buy these? I looked the whole internet, all chinese wholesale plattforms but on aliexpress i can only find the v5 version and the v6s listings on google etc. are completely removed. I heard about something that nintendo strikes them, so is there any way today to buy the v6s chip? Do I need to contact some seller private? Do any of you know a reliable source of getting these chips?

Depends on where you're located. I've been trying to get them from AliExpress, but none of the sellers ship the Instinct to Germany, you can't even find the listings
I bought an Instinkt V6 last year for $12 from AliExpress, and it works great with Emmuc. However, when I partition the SD card with Emmuc and Android, it initially works, but after a while, the SD card gets corrupted, and the Switch boots directly to OFW. I have to power off, restart, and repeat this process a few times to get to the 'No SD Card' screen.
I think the Picofly RP2040 is better. The Instinkt V6 is just a copy of it.

Could be tied to the fact the Nintendo EU's headquarters are in Germany (little arrangement with German customs' management?). I tried changing the shipping location to France and it was perfectly shippable.

@K3Nv2, I think the RP5 has had 8GBs for a while? I know mine has 8GBs not sure it's needed for emulation though? Probably 4GBs is enough for 99% of what it's fast enough to emulate? I could be wrong if it can do like GC and PS2 stuff maybe more is needed? Probably stream the ROMs like the consoles did off the drives.

I believe what they do is OS and translation layer (emulator) and the emulator has its RAM like 36MBs for PS2 so like 3 times that maybe as things are shuffled around, a frame buffer and. Load the data from the ROM file into that systems RAM. I think I read that even 2GBs is enough if your just using a Pi for emulation.

Like a super mini system, I use Batocera as an OS and it's pretty easy to set up, has a ton of UI skins you can make it look almost anyway you want. Still would kill for a WiiFlow like skin (some are close)
