Hacking Where to Buy Gateway w/ PayPal?

Note that I've tried googling this, searched the forums here and checked sites on ShopTemp. I'm really hoping for some personal answers!

What is the safest, most respected reseller of Gateway 3DSs which allows the use of PayPal? It doesn't matter if it's a little more expensive or takes longer to arrive, I just want to be assured the process will go smoothly. I live in California.

Nowhere. No site that sells a gateway has been approved with PayPal.

i bought it at eachmall with paypal. but apperantly the .me version doesnt accept paypall anymore.

you can try to get a prepaid mastercard/visa with paypal and buy it with that
