Hacking Where to buy a flash cart without a credit card?

I just bought an old DS Lite off of eBay. I want to get a flashcart (leaning toward Ace3DS) for it. However, I don't have a credit card. I've tried using my debit card on several sites with no luck.

My prefered method of payment is with a VISA gift card. Where can I buy a flashcart online with VISA gift card or debit card?
