Katsukity is out of business. For the Wii U, Katsukity was the only place to get a Wii U mod.

Your only choice to get one is to get it second hand from someone who has one and is willing to sell it to you.

You would need to look for second hand ones on sites like eBay or wait for someone to release an open source version
