    I've searched quite a bit on the internet, but couldn't come up with anything. I was given these as a gift.

    looks like one of those you can buy from a vending machine
    its most likely a knockoff, or non-official card
    judging the by the horrible scan lines, and how "dragonballz" isnt even seperated

    It's most definitely not associated with any actual trading card game, it's probably a collectible card.

    What's the copyright date? That'll probably help in your search and there should be a copyright date on it.

    You could also just ask the person who gave it to you out of curiosity

    I can't really see it, there's scribbling on the card, but I can't read it. My grandmother saw them at a yard sale and decided to get them for me.

    It's a big fat phony. Wrong font, all one word on card and plate, etc.
