also how does one move a thread? this is definitely not the right forum for me to post this in.

It's its own title that's installed on the nand as a system module. During boot, it's loaded to the BASE memory region and waits there for applications to call its various functions via services.

Report the thread and ask a mod to move it for you. You won't be in trouble, they do it all the time.
