Look online at Amazon OR locally at different buy and sell places. I have craigslist and kijii in my area, and people sell brand new "New Nintendo 3DS XLes" for $200 (Canadian). The last great deal I got was $240 - the New Nintendo 3DS XL Majora's Mask edition, eight replacement stylii, the charger, Xenoblade, and OoT (both games were in boxes). Only thing was the firmware was on 11.0.0.33 U - and I had to do an DSiWare downgrade and I ended up flipping the entire thing for $350 + $40 (for Xenoblade separately)...
