I am using sx os and incognito in tinfoil to erase the certificate information. I want to back up a certificate file, but I cannot find where it exists. Where should I go to find this backup file?

Its store in your cal0 partition, you can manually backup that partition to get it (and restore with tinfoil). however I plan to add an export option to export a copy to the SD card.

I personally use memloader + nxnandmanager.

You can also use classic incognito to take a backup: https://github.com/blawar/incognito

Hekate might do it, I do not know. I do know hekate can take a *full* nand backup which will include cal0 as well.

The full partition is 4MB I believe.
