"Although the focus of the website is no longer primarily on GBA but instead Nintendo DS and Wii" -- that part?
I don't think this staff likes to be reminded of the 3ds's domination of current discussion. :P

Maybe , "Although the focus of the website is no longer primarily on GBA, but instead on whatever current generation Nintendo hardware is actively being hacked.", would be more appropriate.

It is true. The 3ds section, much like the wii one before it, is a fenced off wasteland. The staff tries to limit its damage to there and keep it from bothering the rest of the place. The final act of a mod is often to wander into it to attempt to bring some order to the place.

That said "current generation Nintendo hardware" would probably be too narrow. If hacking exists on a device then we probably have some interest, not to mention it is kind of a forum for the sake of being a forum and all the game review/news stuff as well does see a lot of time spent on it.
