around Bellingham and if can, can you please give me the store name too :]

They aren't sold at retail stores. You have to order online.

Any of the sponsered sites here sell them. I've used modchipcentral.com for my R4 and am currently using realhotstuff.com for my 3-in-1 (since it's located in New Jersey, just like me).
