I think I messed up the firmware as I formatted my microsd card and now theres no nds save/gba save folder on there so the games don't save anymore. So now I think that a firmware update should fix this right? I might as well update since I haven't done it since I got the m3lite a year ago.

Not that I have an M3 or anything, but why not just add the nds save/gba save folders to the microsd card yourself? Wouldn't that work?

Anyways, I assume the firmware can be found here: http://www.m3adapter.com/

if you formatted your card then you erased all data including your save game folders. these directories are in no way associated with the firmware. they are placed on the card the first time you flash a game using the m3 game manager software. if you put roms back onto your m3 lite and the folders are not present then you dragged the roms by hand. you can create the folders yourself and .dat files inside the folders associated with the roms, but that is what the software does. so just use the software =)
