Hacking Where can I find M3 REAL setup files?

Hey so I had a spare M3 REAL lying somewhere. But the SD card was missing so I have to reinstall everything. BUT there's the problem I can't find the setup stuff or firmware anywhere online. I know this stuff is old and not rly used but, would anyone be able to provide me with the files /tools I need to get started wth it again? ty!
