Hacking Where can I buy a cheap DSi flashcard?

I have that card and it uses a clone of the DSTT TTMenu. It's a bit slow compared to the Wood Kernel. I'd recommend the R4i Gold 3DS RTS (r4ids.cn) for a few quid more:

I've never used them. I put the link up as you had already linked to them and assumed you were buying from there. They seem reasonably priced. I've used the other three sellers I've linked to without issue to the UK.
