Hardware Where can I buy a 3D's that can be modded?

Hey guys! I'm wanting to get into the whole 3DS Modding Scene. I don't currently have a 3DS? Where can I find one to buy that's moddable?

Right now, almost every 3ds is moddable. If you get one from any old shop, it should be on firmware 10.3 or lower, which is easily moddable.

Every firmware is moddable, but on 10.4+ you need to get an hardmod

Don't forget to tell there is a high risk of brick on New 3DS in case of downgrade.
Make a downgrade without Hardmod installed and NAND bakup is a big risk-taking because the console can be out of order without possibility of restoration.

Recently, a customer of mine wanted to downgrade his New 3DS XL v10.5.0 and now he has bricked it and the recovery mode does not work.
So he bought me a console directly into v9.0 to replace it...

So please don't tell to newbies that downgrade is easy and safe on New 3DS.
