You can't use it, when you bump into an enemy it will protect you if you aren't running... or something.

Does someone noticed this? The pirate flag on the opening ship (is it Tetra's ship?) doesn't wave at the wind! Link's hat is waving so much and that flag does nothing! The Japanese version have the same "problem" or the NOA broked this animation?
