I am on 5.50 and I want to know what are the best people to follow on twitter to keep up, and what are the best places to keep up with this scene?

In term of developers to follow, probably these guys Mathieulh, qwertyoruiop, SpecterDev. News wise you can get them from website like Wololo, Psx-Place. There is that Hax website but it seem to be gone probably of Net-Neutrality or Sony doing.
