Hopefully never, but if someone really fucks up so bad to have some virus overtaking people's minds and make them cannibalistic (oh yeah, that sounds logical AF), I'm pretty sure the world's leaders would nuke everything and everyone, so there'd be no chance of survival anyway.

Would be interesting to take a deeper look at brain worms and stuff like that.
Though I can't see how a virus would be able to reactivate a brain after it's death, not to mention that brain needs water and other nutrients to work. At least from my point of view, it's not possible.

There are parasites that zombify some insects in their circle of life. Zombification is a real thing but only in the insect world. Also it doesn't make them cannibalize on the same species. At least as far as I know.

There are many others, like being stuck in a room for all eternity because you aren't smart enough to find an exit and things like that, don't worry though, you will have all the time in the world to discover them or at least until your body decomposes so bad you can't move
