Hacking When using CFW, installed via 3ds.guide, what happens when Nintendo release an update?

On the Wii U, etc, we need to block updates with DNS changes, etc.

If I'm using, say, Luma on a New 3DS XL on 11.2.0.35, what happens when, say, 11.3 drops? Safe to update? Do not update whatsoever?

Usually check the forums before updating. 99% likely it'll be fine though.
