Use any CFW that supports ChoiDujourNX to reinstall firmware 5.1 for you then revert back to ReiNX V1.6 as this works for firmware 5.1.

If you have a fuse count of 7, then its pretty much mandatory since your console will not load firmwares below 6.0 with that fuse count without booting into RCM first. If your fuse count is 6 or less, then it becomes optional. To check your fuse count, use either Hekate V4.1 or briccmii.
