No.
It is not likely that a new FW will be released considering the hiatus that the dsgba team has taken. Possibly before 08, but I don't expect anything.

The other cards are mainly releasing new firmwares cause of non working roms... but there arnt such problems on the NCard ;>

Isn't thier a program that can be run on N-card or cards that dont have it in firmware?

Yeh there is but it only works with original games it would be good if it worked with roms.
