it would be better on the forum so we can assist you, as it will require more information, your setup, different test and reports, etc.
quick help :
could be video mode, could he usb device (don't use flash, only hdd !), could be region program, could be cIOS, could be FAT32, could be NTFS compression, could be lot of things.

no all console are working the same way.
be sure you play PAL game on PAL console, that you don't use Flash drive, that you plugged in USB Port 0 (bottom port), that it's FAT32, that your wbfs files are not write protected and you use cIOS d2x v8 final base57 or d2x v10 r52 base57.
