There's a case on maxconsole about a Red New Nintendo 3DS XL with 9.4 firmware bought in Canada.

Do you know something about GameStop consoles?

If this is true than the rumors of systems being already built in the last couple months having firmware 9.0 and below are wrong.

Don't go further. Maybe the console was sold already opened, so the owner now can complain for the situation.

I can confirm a 9.0 in Tennessee from Gamestop. I was pretty surprised to see that last night!

It seems trolls. There's only one case of 9.4 console, but maybe was open before

Got mine a EBGames Canada and It's on 9.0 but my right speaker is not working and they say they can't replace it until the next batch that is in 2 weeks I'm afraid to get a 9.4 now.

They're all 9.0.0-20U.
We won't get 9.2 console up until March and onwards, the people voting 9.2 and up are trolling.

Also, I suggest that those that are posting their FW version, should upload a least a pic of the console in the settings menu showing off exactly that to avoid confusion for users that really want to know the truth and avoid trolls at all costs.
