Braindead aka Dead Alive, was one oof the first Peter Jackson movies.
Also on off the first horror movies that I saw. First I saw it on vhs, later I got it on dvd both where the uncut.
Its so sad that the bluray version is cut and that Peter Jackson says that is best verion off the version....

Game, Zombi (U) because honestly I love the idea and I love the gameplay. It’s one of the few horror games to actually get my heart rate up.
Film, I am going with an anime instead. School Live, it’s an amazing take on the in-school slice-of-life anime genre. Not to mention one of the biggest mind fucks in the first episode. Plus ending made me cry harder than anything else

Yep, I didn't see any labels on the DVD that said "Director's Cut" or any kind of branding like that. I'll have to do some snooping around to see if I cannot catch me THE BIG FISH.

On a side note, I just watched DEMONS again last night and will watch the sequel sometime after election coverage is over. I've seen both of them many times, but if you have not seen these two films, the opening to the second film where the Demon (***** ******* *** **) is just sickening / fantastic.

While DEMONS is not technically a zombie film, it's basically the same kind of story. If you ever get the chance, watch it, you will find it suprisingly fun!

I didn't know there was a cencored version, how do you even censor something like this? If you cut out the gore you're left with maybe 20 minutes of film.

Those are great, if you're in the mood for just horror movies in general I recommend that you watch Virus, I don't remember the whole plot, but it involves a ship taken over by a computer virus that starts killing the crew and then rebuilds them as cyborgs.

Thanks for that feedback Biggy, I can understand the dichotomy of both 3rd and 1st person stages and/or games. I thought that the best Resident Evil game was RE4 (giving merit to 3rd-person games, but not BETTER OR WORSE than a 1st person game). The game, at first, it seems kinda chickenshit (where are the big-ass spiders? Where are the Hunters? Where the fuck are ALL THE SOMBIES???), and the town of people doesn't really "engage" you, but once these fuckers start coming after you, your heart is pounding, esp if you are getting low on ammo. And then, as this wosen't enough, a bunch of sackcloth-masked-wearing motherfuckers wielding FUCKING CHAINSAWS BREAK OUT, well... you're FUCKED. I recently bought it for my Wii, I'll look into it, probably when I mod said-Wii...

And Train To Busan is at 7.6.

I'm not too sure about WHAT these films are, but I will surely look into them. Thank you for the recommendation! Much appreciated!!!

The original Resident Evil movie was amazing. The zombies were realistic and slow. The gore and action was great. The suspense was perfect. It's not a 10/10 movie by any stretch, but it did zombies right.
