Hacking whats the right way ??

hi i have just got a wii with wasabi chip in it , do i need to remove the chip to softmod ,or do i keep the chip in it ?? thanx in advance to any help >>..

You can safely keep the chip no problems! My personal wii has d2ckey and softmod, USB loaders are the way to go so the chip just does'nt get used much but it causes no problems

not 100 per cent sure but i have soft moded a few chipped wii in past and had some compatability issues ,some games which will work ok on a soft mod wii wont load on a chip/ soft mod wii,it could be just the game i tried but hope this helps,dont no what chip was in wii as i did not put chip in
