how well does it run on old computers
It all really depends what games you are trying to play, I tried to play Pokemon Sun and Moon on my GTX 970 and AMD FX 8350, yet I got no more than 30fps, sometime falling to 10fps. I don't think you'll get far without a good computer. If you want to run free 3DS games, just get your 3DS hardmodded, install Luma, and install freeshop.
the 3ds only has a 200 and some thing mhz the old 3ds does like it seems it needs more opmizeing
no clear requirements but and i5 processor is a must.
The real reason the Citra framerate sucks is because it is in it's early stages, and the team is still learning on the best way to optimize it and iron out bugs.
at any rate a top notch processor is what you need Intels are expensive but can outperform any other processor out there. as for graphics cards ive heard of it running on some old ones just cant think of the names
If you can't even emulate the DS on your potato then how do you expect to run Citra?
How old it is doesn't matter, what does matter is the HARDWARE.
My potato can't run steaks. Could it run vegetables though? Perhaps it's a vegan potato. That would explain a lot of things about it.
That's racist. Only running vegetables because it's a vegetable? How racist and narrow minded.
