I do not know the product ID or the MOSFET part number, but I know that is probably a mosfet, a part of the VRM. If you can identify the text on top of it, you probably can google it and buy it at electronic shops like Digikey.

Shame he doesn't show much about how he diagnoses the last one, since that'd probably be more interesting than those 'easily' found fixes.
