    been searching and it always seems to be a 500 limit. Now i don't plan on ever having that many but just curious thats all. thanks

    on fat32 it dosen't matter?? onlt apply to a wbsf format type??

    I actually believe there is a limit. With a FAT32 drive, it only recognized up to 2 terabytes. If we factor the smallest (i believe) first party Nintendo published game (Wii Play) with a WBFS size of about 100 megabytes, you can have 10 Wii Plays in a Gigabyte. 10 thousand in a terabyte. So about 20 thousand.

    I have over 700 games, so 500 is not the limit. this is on the virtual wii btw. also, I think the 2TB limit is due to mbr.
