First question. Some advice: don't ask a question if it's already answered in the M3 Sakura FAQ (which is also a stickied topic). This will save people a lot of frustration.

M3 Sakura is the firmware that you put on the M3 DS Real. Unless by M3 DS Real System you mean the old Touchpod firmware, thats just the old firmware for the M3 Real before Sakura was released.
