I've recently gotten into homebrew development, and I'd like to get hold of a flashcart so I can test my code on an actual console, rather than an emulator on my (somewhat slow) laptop.

I live in the UK, and I don't know what the current state of flashcart legality is with regard to obtaining them.

    Can anyone enlighten me?

AFAIK in the UK it's illegal, but they ship them as personal packages, and usually get to people fine

So, by proxy does that make buying them illegal too?
