Hacking What's the biggest capacity micro SD card that a DSi/Acekard 2i ca

Is there a limit? I have an 8 GB on the way, but unfortunately, I have a tad more ROMs than that. Would be better organized to keep everything on the card at once instead of swapping files around. When I get my card, maybe I can experiment w/ reducing file sizes. If it's an 8 gig card, does it actually hold 8 gigs...or is it less (as in possibly 7.something)?

SDHC is the general name for the large ones. The AK2 can handle any of them, but they will go up to 32 GB.

Since both are SDHC compatible it should be 32 GB. You could trim your roms. No micro sd card will have exactly the amount of memory advertised because companies say 1000 MB is 1 GB. The computer will say that 1024 MB is 1 GB. (I could be wrong here)

You get approx. 7.39GB of useable space with an 8GB SDHC. You can try Rominator to trim the sizes of your roms.
