What's the biggest non trimmed DS game and smallest non trimmed DS game. Same goes for trimmed.

from what i know, ni no kuni ds is the largest ds game at 512mb and the smallest is probably sokoban ds which is around 3mb

In terms of ROM size 8MB - 512MB.

ex. Game&Watch Gallery & Ni no Kuni respectively.


I'm sure Game & Watch is the smallest trimmed game (about 1MB) but the Pokemon distribution carts are probably the smallest DS carts overall.

The Pokémon distribution carts are 8MB.
The 4th generation distribution cards go down to about 1.5MB when trimmed, while the Liberty Pass distribution card goes down to about 148KB.

I believe Love Plus Plus is also 512 mb.

Ni no kuni is about 460ish MB trimmed. Cant remember exactly, but around there.

I would guess that Korg DS-10 is one of the smallest ROMs out there. The archive was < 1MB, though the uncompressed ROM weighed in at 8 MB.

All this talk about 512mb sized games is making me reminisce about ASH (Archaic Sealed Heat) was released. People couldn't fathom that a DS could reach that size and now look at it. There are quite a number of them, and, heck this shows how far out of the loop I am with DS releases/dumps, I had no idea that it went as high as 512. The more you know, I guess...

You should actually be asking what the largest and smallest trimmed games are. There are at least 10 ROMs with an untrimmed size of 512MB:

Nanami no Oshiete English DS - Mezase TOIEC Master (378MB trimmed)
Love Plus Plus (387MB trimmed)
Inazuma Eleven 3 - Sekai e no Chousen! Bomber (407MB trimmed)
Inazuma Eleven 3 - Sekai e no Chousen! Spark (412MB trimmed)
Inazuma Eleven 3 - Sekai e no Chousen! The Ogre (447MB trimmed)
Ninokuni - Shikkoku no Madoushi (459MB trimmed)
Tokimeki Memorial - Girl's Side 3rd Story (498MB trimmed)
Hakuouki DS (498MB trimmed)
Hakuouki - Zuisouroku DS (512MB trimmed)
Eigo de Tabisuru - Little Charo (512MB trimmed)

So Hakuouki - Zuisouroku DS and Eigo de Tabisuru - Little Charo are tied for the largest ROMs. Ninokuni is only the 4th-largest trimmed ROM. There may be more, but I haven't kept track for almost a year now.

As for the smallest ROMs, there are far too many to list those with an untrimmed size of 4MB. But the smallest trimmed ROMs are ≤1MB in size. There are three that I know of:
