Best way ?? Impossible. There are too many on google and youtube for those fake emulators. All you can do is report them and hope for the best. It wont help but you can try that.

Erm... If the emulator is fake, why would the included name and address (assuming it is included or findable... Which i doubt in the first place) be real?

I've got this really cool Nintendo Switch emulator the other day. It can run every ROM in 60fps, or remove the fps limit entirely. It can also upscale rendering up to 16K. Oh, did I mention it's also compatible with PS4 ISOs?
