Supercard DS TWO!
It basically turns your DS into a mini-computer.
It eats away at your battery life a little though.
Its th best card out there for maximizing your DSs capabilities.

If you want something above R4i but not that intense, just for games and homebrew
then Acekard2i is the one for you.

ShopTemp
Acekard2i- $15
SCDSTwo- $35

DSTwo is the best without a doubt.
It's current firmware hasn't updated since September, but that's simply because it hasn't needed to!
Almost every game has worked flawlessly on the current firmware, thanks to the anti-piracy circumvention system. If it turns out a game needs to be fixed, they can release simple patches instead, just updating a single file.

On top of that it has the best real-time functions of any flashcart, bar none, with multiple real-time save slots, support for word-wrapped text guides or bitmap guides, cheats toggling, slow motion and memory address editing, all topped off by a sleek GUI.

And on top of THAT, it's embedded CPU has the most advanced DS homebrew, open for anyone to develop on, it has dedicated GBA and SNES emulation, the iReader, and a media player capable of playing music without conversion.

And yes. It does have SDHC support, what new flashcart doesn't? :3

Can't tell you how long it'll last on lowest brightness level but I can tell you I did several tests with different cards in different combos on HIGHEST brightness level - which you can see my results (plus a few that other members have kindly contributed) in this post

But here's a summary where I tested cards on a DSi

Nintendo specifications of the battery life on MAX brightness for a DSi is 3-4hrs
  • DSi Tests on Maximum brightness
Retail game (Sonic Rush) + WiFi turned off: 4hrs 06mins
    AK2i + ROM (Sonic Rush) + WiFi turned off: 3hrs 24mins
    DSTwo+ROM (Sonic Rush)+ WiFi turned off: 3hrs 18mins
    M3i Zero+ROM (Sonic Rush) + Wifi turned off: 3Hrs 08mins
As you can see the DSTwo does have a lower battery life - but for some perculiar reason not as bad as the M3iZero

Supercard DSTwo

This is the definitive, best cart available for DS systems.

- Near 100% compatibility with games with the only hiccups being in older titles. Many of these have been fixed though.
- Great, Slot 1 GBA Emulator. This isn't the absolute best out there, but considering the price of the cart and the DSi's lack of a Slot 2, this is absolutely amazing.
- SNES Emulator that easily surpasses the shoddy homebrew emulators available to all.
- Many plug ins for ease of use in many aspects
- Great media support for music and video
- Many fun extras for in game
- Supports large MicroSD cards

The list goes on and on making this cart just flat out amazing. I can not recommend anything over it, but I can give a more simple choice for those looking for something less extravagant.

Acekard2i

The Acekard2i is an excellent cart with the use of the third party AKAIO firmware.

- Great compatibility and supports patched games well
- Inexpensive
- Supports large MicroSD cards
- Great cart for the cost

This cart lacks all of the bells and whistles of the DSTwo but serves all the possible needs of somebody just looking to play DS games.

R4i Revolution(R4idsn.com) & R4i Gold (r4ids.cn)
Now with the WYG's support , you'll get 99% compatibility with these 2 R4i , Of course , they both support SDHC .

Am I the only one who thinks you work for Supercard?

Get a DS2, or you can get an iSMM, they have practically the same specs except for a less powerful CPU... though a little birdie told me that Another World is having problems with Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin, so there probably are a lot more games with problems.

Did you read my post? You can buy the supercard dstwo from the first link. I bought mine from them. They are 100 percent reliable. They ship from the united states instead of some foreign country.
