What's the best app for downgrading a Wii now?

    It's still not really answered my question though has it. I don't want to know HOW to downgrade, I was asking what is the BEST program for downgrading.

    cIOS Downgrader is the safe way to go.
    You can also use anyRegionChanger but it can brick your Wii if you do a mistake.
