What's gonna happen if I change the system's time?

    I knew there is time traveling punishment, but I don't know any details about it. Please help!

    Forgot to mention, I already joined the new session Japanese online competition. I don't want to get banned from the competition......

    I know in Pokemon it stops the time based legendary Pokemon from showing up (entei, I think terrakion, etc). Other than that no idea.

    Games using time-based events system (such as Animal Crossing: New Leaf or Pokemon Rumble World) will tell you you're a bad guy, and it can mess with your save.

    No, it just stops it for 24 hours. I was trying to get azelf or something and I realized I hadn't changed my 3ds for DST, but after I did that I had to wait for the next day.
