What's considered the best software for R4?

    for batch trimming and rom verification? something simple preferably...

    I like Rominator, it's really good and can be used for the things you just said.

    NDSTokyoTrim is very easy. It can only trim roms though. But it works perfectly. You might want to give it a try.

    What do you mean by Vericate a ROM?

    You can use NDSTokyoTrim to trim files...

    Perhaps he means Validation. If so then yes, Rominator will do that. But if you trim your ROMs they will no longer validate positively.

    But I guess if you Validate, then trim, it'll all be the same.

    oh its validate? i guess thats it... if that means checking if its the correct version, and not a bad dump right? if thats validation, then yes, thats wat i want. so its rominator than can do both? i always keep untrimmed versions of games that i have, just in case something goes wrong with the trimmed ones.
