I occasionally hear various people I have only had come at me in text, it seems I tend to be non specific though and will not have an accent of much note regardless of the language I am reading in (said internal voice largely being unaccented UK English word emphasis). On the flip side if I read a book I first saw started in a film or TV show then that will tend to be the dominant form in my head if it is constructing pictures and sound to go along with it, unless it is radically different. Doesn't seem to apply to cartoons though, or at least not anywhere near as much but given the only cartoons I would have read a book later for were comics and I don't typically read those that is largely untested. Equally if someone uses a certain phrase or typo or sentence construction they may gain an accent for the next little while, mainly to amuse myself.
