Hacking What XCI installer works with 0.8.5 Atmosphere and 7.0.1?

I tried N1Dus and ZreoTwoXCI. Both give error at the last %.
Don't want to use PC.

There is no XCI installer which should work on 7.0.x. Some ups still should convert xcis to nsps, but none of them was updated to work on 7.0.x. So then you have to use nsp installers.
Nightly goldleaf, devmenu, dz/tinfoil if you give it 7.0.0 keys.

i usually use 4nxci to convert and goldleaf 0.3 to install
0.4 goldleaf has errors so use 0.3

Upgrade to 1.48 and it should work on atmosphere 7.x if you have the correct sig patches.
