A few years ago, I ran into an issue with my Wii U when installing games to my hard drive that the real ticket and fake tickets conflicted with each other and I would get an error when trying to run my disc games unless I had sigpatches through CFW. I looked up the error code(can't remember the error code anymore) and found a video where they just deleted all the tickets through FTP Everywhere and I did the same. After I deleted all my games, dlc, and updates and reinstalled them through the eshop, they worked fine. I know this would brick the system if you had Coldboot Haxchi installed, but if you don't have CBHC is there any danger to deleting all your legit and non-legit tickets or did I just get lucky?

I just did this. as far as I know the /apps folder only contains tickets for user-installed titles such as games, dlc and updates. So there shouldn't be a concern, you won't be deleting the tickets for important system titles because they are stored elsewhere.
