i wacked one of my friends in the head with a wooden sword because i was mad over something stupid.
he's ok, and we've moved past it, but i was terrified that i had the ability to do that and still am today
which is why I've tried to not get mad anymore. frustrated, oh yeah. still get frustrated at stuff. mad, however, is entirely different and I'm just afraid of what i could do if i got mad again.

Many years ago I smashed the school bully in the head with a huge encyclopedia. Hit him so hard he was knocked out cold and he had to go to hospital. Not long after he got moved to a different school.

A few years ago I was in the local supermarket and he was working there. He looked very scared to see me and that made me feel very bad.

Not trying to sound like a motivational speaker but if it's something that hasn't totally ruined your life you can recover from it. I had a child from a very toxic person and that's a pretty everlasting however I just deal with it accordingly.
