Awhile back (think at least a year ago), there was a trailer with some cool looking first person shooter with the engine written entirely in assembly. I can't remember what it was called, but if it's released I want it.

I seem to recall Foxi4 and some others pointing out that stuff they "bragged" about in the trailer wasn't actually impressive.

That game was IronFall and it was relatively impressive considering the hardware, but otherwise average. I'm pretty sure it was a TPS though.

Its technically impressive if you compare it with 6th gen hardware like the GCN or Xbox, otherwise its average.

I emailed the devs awhile back and they said its still coming this year, but because they are a 3 person team it'll take a while. They were 95% done back in November.

Anything on the 3DS that is good compared to a 6th gen console is very impressive. It's a handheld system.

it's vaporware for sure. even if it's released eventually, it took too long. but if it does, i'm getting it!

There have been lots of articles. That's just the latest. That one should have been enough, because it states that they've been working on it.
